One of the hardest things that you can ever experience in your life is after you leave a toxic relationship and you are forming a new relationship with a person that you can trust.  It can be really hard to be open with them about the negative experience that you have had with the last person that you were in a relationship with.  This can be hard because you do not want to scare the person away by taking about an EX for a long time.  However, it is very important that you have these conversations because it allows the two of you to be on the same page with what you have been through.  Your partner can also help you to overcome the pain and frustration that you have been through.  Take time with your partner to take these things through.  We all have certain things in our lives that we are self-conscious about.  We can be there to support and love one another through our experiences.
